I can't name a specific company as there are so many out there that do this - but when you call a company for help, advice of just general enquiry and you get put through to a call centre in various countries throughout the world, the staff have limited knowledge or training in their given subject, and are quite obviously reading from a pre written script. And god forbid you ask a question that is not answered on their little piece of paper.
This really infuriates me, we all know it is not the staffs fault, rather the chief exec in hiw ivory tower wanting to save money. unfortunately it is always the staff on the phone who recieve the abuse and harse words as they are on the front line.
