I am guessing that everyone is totally sick and tired of this rain by now!

i was listening to Radio 1 the other day (Jo Whiley's show I think) and she made a very brief reference to the fact that it seems to be (completetly not tested backed by any type of report or anything to that nature) that every since the song that makes reference to Umbrella's has been at No 1 we seem to have had nothing but rain!!!

How uncanny is that. And yes it is still at No 1 good for the artist but not the rest of us it seems!! Wink

Hi Christine,

I know how you feel, I am really fed up with all this rain.
My daughters sports day has been cancelled but will hopefully now be on Thursday.
We are also going camping in two weeks, we are going to be staying in a tipi in the middle of a wood for four nights. If the weather is sunny it will be lovely but if it's raining I might just stay in the car! Undecided

Hi Christine,

The hotel has been quieter than usual for this time of year thanks to the weather. The hotel has been fully booked but there has been no passing trade of walkers and cyclists.
My gift company is going well. I have just taken on a new Corporate house builder who had heard of our Welcome Hampers. We are supplying them with their gift hamper which they are giving to their customers on the day they move into their new home.
Hope everything is well with you,
Vicky
